Who we are

Ev'rything Woodworks LLC is a custom woodworking business operating in Washington State. We design, build and deliver live edge tables, epoxy river tables, conference tables and other custom pieces for homes, offices and restaurants. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, forms, calls and text messages, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, project details, room dimensions, budget range, photos you send, and anything else you include in a form, email, text or call.
Booking information. When you schedule a consultation, the date and time you select and any notes you add to the booking.
Automatically collected information. Standard web data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Deposits and payments are handled directly between you and us through the method agreed for your project.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and schedule your consultation.
To design, build, deliver and support your custom piece.
To send the guide, project updates, appointment confirmations and reminders you asked for.
To send occasional emails about our work, if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To improve the website and understand which pages people find useful.
To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your mobile number and consent to text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, your quote, your project and your scheduled consultation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and unsubscribing from email does not stop texts about an active project. Tell us which you want stopped and we will handle both.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers. Companies that run our website, scheduling, email and text messaging, and file storage, acting on our instructions and only as needed to provide those services.
Trade partners. When a project requires a delivery service, finisher or installer, we share only what that partner needs to complete the work.
Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working correctly and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. We may use analytics tools that set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, tax and legal requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link at the bottom of any email.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Ask us to stop using your information for marketing at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers by email or text.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
